Associate, Benjamin Boyd
Ben began his legal career in Torrington, Wyoming, where he worked as a judicial law clerk for Hon. Keith G. Kautz and Hon. John C. Brooks of Wyoming's Eighth Judicial District from April 2011 through December 2012.
Ben worked in Montgomery, Alabama as a staff attorney for Chief Justice Roy S. Moore of Alabama's Supreme Court from January 2013 through August 2014.
Ben assists clients in appeals, constitutional law, civil rights, real estate law, real estate development, land-use and zoning, business formation, probate law, estate planning, civil litigation, and administrative law. Ben is dedicated to defending our God-given parental rights, property rights, religious liberties, the freedom of conscience, and the right to keep and bear arms.
His legal writing has appeared in the Oregon State Bar Bulletin, the Journal of Law and Health, the Liberty University Law Review, and the Liberty Legal Journal.
He is also admitted to the Wyoming State Bar.
Ben and his wife have four children and enjoy outdoor recreation, gardening, and living in beautiful Wallowa County.
